Activate Topeka is a list of events in Topeka, run by The Founded Framework. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Event listings

Many listings are gathered from organizations' own public websites and event pages, and organizations post others themselves. We work to keep them accurate, but dates, times, prices and details can change or be wrong. Check with the organizer before you go. The organizer, not Activate Topeka, runs each event and is responsible for it.

Sign-ups, tickets and payments happen on the organizer's own page. Their terms apply there.

Your account

You don't need an account to see events. If you make one, keep your sign-in to yourself, and keep your private calendar link private: anyone with it can see the events you've saved. You can stop using your account at any time.

Organizers

If you post events or manage an organization's page, you confirm you're allowed to speak for that organization, and that what you post is accurate and yours to share, including photos. You're responsible for your events and for anything posted with a connection key you create. We can edit, hide or remove any listing, and approve listings before they appear.

Using the site

Don't use Activate Topeka to post anything false, unlawful or misleading, to send spam, to collect other people's information, or to disrupt the site. We can suspend accounts that do.

The Help chat

The Help chat answers questions using an AI model. Its answers can be wrong, so check anything important with us or with the organizer.

Links to other sites

The site links to organizers' pages, maps and calendar apps. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

No guarantees

Activate Topeka is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or from any event listed on it.

Privacy

What we keep about you, and why, is on the privacy page.

Changes

When these terms change, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
