 nce.\n\nWhether you are navigating a transitional season\, managing stres
 s\, or exploring energy work for the first time\, this micro-session offe
 rs dedicated space to return to your center.\n\nCommunity Investment:\n\n
 This offering is structured on an accessible community tier of $35 – $45.
 \n\nReservation ($35): Your $35 online payment secures your spot and comp
 letely covers your session in full.\n\nOptional Sustaining Tier ($40 – $4
 5): If you are in a position to contribute an extra $5–$10 to help sustai
 n accessible community offerings and studio supplies\, an optional contri
 bution can be made in person via cash or Venmo.\n\nWhat to Expect & How t
 o Prepare\n\nSession Structure: We will spend 5 minutes checking in on yo
 ur primary area of focus\, followed by 30 minutes of table energy work\, 
 and 5–10 minutes for gentle integration\, hydration\, and grounding.\n\nA
 rrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time wearing
